How to Claim Your Refund

To start a refund request:

1. Contact us within 90 days of receiving your KIT™ at info@mindyoursleep.com or +370 699 93903.
2. Provide your order number and a brief description of your experience.
3. Return the product in reasonable condition (normal wear is fine).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Exceptions

This guarantee applies only to the Neck Pain & Sleep Reset Kit™ purchased directly from the Unusually Usual^®  official website.

• Refunds exclude the cost of the exact fabric cover.
• Products damaged due to misuse or not used as intended are not eligible.
